Ginny always believed in me. She knew I could cross the finish line at Ironman CDA and gave me the tools to do it. From nutrition and technique to injury prevention and busy schedules, Ginny managed whatever I brought to the table to help me succeed. Even on the long and rainy days, she framed my training with a positive spin so that I could endure it. She always communicated well, keeping me informed about weather conditions and scheduling... Ginny works hard!... and her experience enables her to anticipate possible training roadblocks. With her help, I have not only adopted a more fitness-focused lifestyle, but also have finished several century bike rides, the Tucson and Portland Marathons as well as two Ironman triathlons, all within 24 months!

I have known Ginny and participated in her Club's varied offerings for over 13 years. I joined the Club Emerald Tri Team in 2000 and successfully completed my first sprint triathlon at the age of 55. Over the past seven years, working with Ginny I have completed numerous Sprint, Olympic, Half-Ironman and Ironman triathlons, often placing in or winning my age group. This summer I knocked over an hour off my previous time at Ironman Coeur d'Alene. Following Ginny's outstanding training programs and expert coaching guidance I have been
injury free and exceeded my own expectations. As a participant/coach Ginny is uniquely qualified to lead, coach, and support her athletes. The race preparation workouts are appropriately demanding and tailored to each individual's needs. Ginny is a confidence builder and great to work with. I trust her completely and highly recommend her to anyone considering improving their overall fitness, competing in a triathlon or improving their running performance.

It is said that when the Student is ready, the Teacher appears. I could not have asked for a better teacher than Ginny. With her technical guidance, personal support, frequent check-ins, side-by-side workouts and right-on recommendations, I was able to overcome injury and attain or surpass every goal I'd set. What's most important to me is the inner sense of accomplishment that has been restored with these achievements, all of which were nurtured by the belief, confidence and support of a great coach who shared in the celebration of each personal victory.
