2010 SOLD OUT!
(Please contact Ginny to be on announcement list for 2011)
Sprint, Olympic & Half-Ironman Training
What a concept! In this sport where most others train alone, grind through hundreds of miles on the bike with no support and run countless miles on empty roads, we offer our athletes something rarely found in triathlon . . . TEAM SUPPORT!
Ginny, along with her co-coach Nancy Urner develop and participate in all aspects of team training. The Club Emerald Triathlon Team is run on a seasonal basis beginning in early spring and running through summer.
The Team will target local races as their goals in all three distances. If you have a destination race on your radar, you will be given the proper training plan and guidance to perfectly blend your destination event with our local season.
Club Emerald Triathlon Team Gives Back!
In addition to the local and regional events listed below. The Club Emerald Triathlon Team offers an opportunity for our athletes to give back to the sport they love. We will serve as volunteers in many different capacities at the Lake Sammamish Triathlon held Saturday, August 28th, 2010. This is a GREAT opportunity to see the sport of triathlon from a different perspective and truly gain a greater appreciation for the hundreds of volunteers we see at each event.
